described as: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the NE 1/4 NW

Arkansas; thence North along the East line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 , 4.14
chains (273.3 feet) to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North
along the East line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 6.14 chains (4052) to the East
Right-of-way of Stagecoach Road (measured North 00 degrees 30
minutes 50 seconds West for 405.2 feet); thence South 28 degrees 30
minutes West along the East Right -of -W ay of Stagecoach Road, 5.33

West for 353.90 feet; thence South 60 East deeded 2.92 chains
