HomeMy WebLinkAbout16217 1 RESOLUTION NO. 16,217 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO SET FEBRUARY 6, 2024, AS THE DATE OF 4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S 5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 6 TITLED BOWDEN MANUFACTURED HOME CONDITIONAL USE 7 PERMIT, LOCATED AT 1701 EAST 21ST STREET(Z-9829),IN THE CITY 8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 WHEREAS, a Notice of Appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning 11 Commission's recommendation of denial for a Conditional Use Permit titled,Bowden Manufactured Home 12 Conditional Use Permit, located at 1701 East 21st Street(Z-9829), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. 13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 15 Section 1.The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held at 16 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Centre at University Park,6401 West 17 12`h Street, Little Rock,Arkansas at six o'clock on February 6,2024. 18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed 19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski 20 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas. 21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and 24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 25 resolution. 26 Section 4. Repealer.
