All that part of Lots 29, 30, and 31 of Worthen's survey (sometimes
called Worthen's Subdivision) of the Southeast Fractional Quarter of
Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Little
Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 13.804 acres, more or
less, the said lands lying South of the Arkansas River and North of
Pinnacle Road, as same was located in January, 1921, and being bounded
on the east by a line beginning at a point on the north side.of said
Pinnacle Road 75 feet east of the intersecti on point of the north line
of said road with the east line of said Lot 30; running thence North
6 degrees 30 minutes East to the Arkansas River, and being bounded on
the West by a line beginning at the point of intersection of the north
line of said Pinnacle Road with the west line of said Lot 31; running`
thence North a distance of 749 -feet -along said west line of said Lot
31 to a point; thence North at an angle of 11 degrees 11 minutes East,
a distance of 65.7 feet; and thence due North to the Arkansas River;
LESS AND EXCi'sPT a tract of land in the SE4, Section 33, Township 2
North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being a part of the
Industrial Subdivision (Tract 31, Worthen's Subdivision), more particu-
larly described as: Starting at the Southwest corner of the SE",
Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence North 624.04 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel of
land herein described as: North 494 feet to a point; thence North 11
degrees 11 minutes East 65.7 feet to a point; thence North 150.7 feet'
to a concrete monument on the south bank of the Arkansas River; thence
Southeasterly along said bank of River, 107.0 feet, more or less;to
a point; theme South 41 degrees 15 minutes West 75 feet, more or less,
to a point of beginning of a curve; thence along an arc of a 145foot
radius curve whose chord distance is 93.0 feet and bearing South 19
degrees 15 minutes West to a point of tangency of said curve; thence
South 482.5 feet to a point; thence West 2.O feet to the point of
beginning.
I hereby certify that this plat correctly represents a survey
made under my direction. Property lines were located in accordance
with established property lines. The improvements are as shown.
