part of the NW114 SW 1/4, Section33, T -1-N, R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW comer of said Lot 10,

thereof; thence S 02°02'26" W, along the East line of said Lot 10, 220.77 feet to a point
