described and shown hereon. This survey was based on existing monuments found in
the vicinity, a survey by Donald W. Brooks, RPLS #5(Arkansas). dated November
29, 2005, and other documents furnished this surveyor.

Part of the SES/4 NEI/4 of Section 20, and part of the SWI/4 NW1/4 of Section

described as follows: Commencing at the Quarter Section corner between Sections
