I hereby certify that I have this date, made a FACTUAL SURVEY of the property
described and shown hereon. This survey was based on existing monuments found in
the vicinity, a survey by Donald W. Brooks, RPLS #5(Arkansas), dated November
29, 2005, and other documents furnished this surveyor.
DEED DESCRIPTION: Tract #1
Part of the SEI/4 NEI/4 of Section 20, and part of the SWI/4 NW1/4 of Section
21, both in T -1—N, R -13—W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the Quarter Section corner between Sections
20 and 21 in T -1—N, R -13—W; thence North on the line between Sections 20 and 21,
130.12 feet to a point in the center of Lawson Road for the point of beginning;
thence S 48* W, 65 feet: thence N 42' W. 210.0 feet; thence N 48' E, 210.0 feet;
thence S 42° E. 210.0 feet to the center of Lawson Road; thence Southwesterly
along Lawson Road, 145 feet to the point of beginning.

and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 339 feet
