This property is located at the NW Corner of Morgan Cemetery Road and Arkansas
Highway #10. The property is currently undeveloped and the developer wishes to zone
property to PCD. The developer wishes to construct a strip center that will have mixed office
commercial center. The project site consists of approximately 2.2 acres.
This property is currently outside the City of Little Rock's Corporate City Limits; however
it does fall within the extra territorial jurisdiction. The property to the west is the Gillum
Photography Studio, and the property to the North has one existing residence.
