THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ALIGNMENT OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER LINES TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE INSTALLED WITH ADEQUATE COVER AND CLEARANCE. ALL ROUGH GRADING SHALL BE COMPLETE BEFORE INSTALLATION OF STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND APPURTENANCES, WATER MAINS, SERVICES AND APPURTENANCES. ALL UTILITY TRENCHES SHALL BE BACKFILLED AND COMPACTED WITH SELECT MATERIAL AS SPECIFIED IN NOTE ABOVE. 12. ALL EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS WHICH INTERFERE WITH THE WORK, AND ARE NOT TO BE SAVED SHALL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF.
