North fractional 1/2 of Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying South of the
Arkansas River, and a part of Block 7 and Block 8. Garland Addition to the City of
Little Rock, and that part of the abandoned street lying between said Lot C and Lot
D , and said Block 7 and Block 8. Garland Addition, now in the City of Little Rock,
all in Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
