In order to comply with Section 36-596 (a) of the City of Little Rock's code, a search for existing structures was conducted, on which to collocate. But, there were no collocation possibilities found that would meet location and height requirements, as set forth by Verizon's RF engineers. In conclusion, Verizon attempted to find collocation opportunities on existing structures for this site, but was unable to do so. Thus, a rawland build was the only alternative.
