constructing and operating a wireless telecommunications facility. It is my understanding that in
order to utilize the land for the intended purpose, Verizon Wireless will need to apply for permit
approvals with the City of Little Rock.

Dear Mr. Carney,
This letter is in regards to Verizon Wireless' proposed wireless site, Chenal Parkway
AR, to be located at 424 Kirby Road.
In order to comply with Sections 36-393 (I) and 36-593 (h) of the City of Little Rock's
code, Verizon Wireless has engineered the site to allow collocation of at least two other
WCF providers and will accommodate two additional antenna arrays, on the tower,
and their equipment facilities.

Dear Mr. Carney,
This letter is in regards to Verizon Wireless' proposed wireless site, Chenal Parkway
AR, to be located at 424 Kirby Road.
In order to comply with Section 36-596 (a) of the City of Little Rock's code, a search for
existing structures was conducted, on which to collocate. But, there were no
collocation possibilities found that would meet location and height requirements, as
set forth by Verizon's RF engineers.
In conclusion, Verizon attempted to find collocation opportunities on existing
structures for this site, but was unable to do so. Thus, a rawland build was the only
alternative.

I have already submitted the BP application to Rex, but I was not aware that I needed to file
the WCF for a site that was approved through the TUP process. Could I ask that once you
are able to approve the WCF application for this site, that you give the BP application
package to Rex, along with your stamped approvals. I greatly appreciate your help.
