Dear Planning Commissioners:
We respectfully request that you protect the commercial node philosophy and prevent commercial stripping of the above
noted section. Please do not allow any new commercial uses in this section.
If new commercial uses are allowed to occur anywhere within the boundaries of this section, we consider the desire to
create commercial nodes and encourage compatible residential existence between these commercial nodes a lost cause.
If the commercial is not withheld between these nodes, we believe they will no longer be commercial nodes.
If the commercial is not withheld at this location, we believe the commercial node philosophy will have changed to
allow strip commercial at this location.
If the commercial is not withheld at this location, the homeowners respectfully ask the Planning Commission to make r
suggestions to us regarding what we can expect for the future of our residential property. The currently approved land
use plan isnot in favor of new commercial between the nodes. If commercial is allowed, how does this change the land
use plan and what should be our expectations as homeowners?
If the commercial is not withheld at this location, we respectfully ask the Planning Commission these questions:
Have we been unrealistic to hope that an established residential community might remain viable at this location?
If commercial is not withheld between these nodes, should we as homeowners go ahead and consider surrendering
our residences to commercial uses and relocating?
