All that part Area 203 of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being bound on the south by the north right
of way of Lindsey Road, on the west by the east line of Tract C, Area
203, and an unplatted strip of land lying along the east side of Tract
C (sold to the owners of Tract C to be replotted into Tract C in the
future); and bound on the north and east by a segment of south right
of way line of the Little Rock Port Railroad; being more particularly
bound and described as follows:
