Mr. Carney,
I had initially sent you a WCF application package earlier this week for this wireless
collocation. But, over the past weekend, Verizon's construction group changed the
equipment. They decided to have outdoor cabinets installed, instead of the 12'x30' shelter as
is noted in the plans I had initially sent you. I am including in this transmittal a revised
WCF application(which notes the OD cabinets), revised site plan and landscape plan.
I have also included a revised BP application package, which depicts the revised equipment
layout. Could you throw away the original BP application package that I had sent along with
the initial WCF? And, could I ask that once you are able to approve the WCF application for
this site, that you give the revised BP application package to Rex, along with your stamped
approvals. I would greatly appreciate your help.
Please notify me of your approval or if you have any issues with these applications.

Concerning the wood privacy fence at Verizon's Martindale AR wireless collocation at 2512-D
Dogwood Lane, the site pians I initially sent you had incorrectly noted a 6' wood privacy fence.
Per our conversation this morning, I am having Verizon's construction drawings revised to
correctly specify an 8' wood fence, in order to comply with the City of Little Rock's WCF
requirements.
