NW'/4 SE'/4; thence S 88°43'47" W along South line ofNW'/4 SE%4, 981.41 feet; thence N
01-02'31" E, 1322.26 feet to a point on the North line of NW'/ SE/; thence N 88°09'55"
E, along said North line of NW'/4 SE'/4, 967.31 feet to the point of beginning, containing
