Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, September 8, 2023. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Comments:
Provide detailed cover letter explaining the project.
2. Provide a site plan showing the following:
a. Any new buildings or building additions.
b. Parking Plan
c. Garden Areas
d. Building Height
3. Provide hours of operation.
4. Will there be a dumpster on site, if so, it must be screened and comply with
Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
5. Provide the maximum number of students/clients that will be present at any given
time.
6. Provide the number of employees and staff.
