LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
24, Township 1 North, Range 14 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found 3/4" pipe in a rock pile at the
Northwest Comer of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 24;
THENCE South 87 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds East for a
distance of 995.75 feet along the North line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to a found 1" rebar,
THENCE South 02 degrees 59 minutes 40 seconds West for a
distance of 797.20 feet to a point to the Centerline of Hugh Taylor
Road;
THENCE along said Centerline and a curve to the right having
a chord bearing and distance South 11 degrees 11 minutes 38
seconds East for a distance of 117.08 feet to a point;
THENCE South 14 degrees 39 minutes 47 seconds West for a
distance of 347.48 feet to a point;
THENCE South 38 degrees 06 minutes 47 seconds East for a
distance of 369.00 feet to a found 1/2" rebar,
THENCE South 61 degrees 42 minutes 49 seconds East for a
distance of 294.70 feet to a found 1/2" rebar;
THENCE South 05 degrees 05 minutes 17 seconds East for a
distance of 60.41 feet to a point to the centerline intersection of
Hugh Taylor Road and Lawson Road;
THENCE South 89 degrees 44 minutes 54 seconds West for a
distance of 29.53 feet along said Centerline to a point;
THENCE on a curve to the right having a chord bearing and
distance North 89 degrees 46 minutes 25 seconds West for a
distance of 99.97 feet along said Centerline to a point;
THENCE North 89 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds West for a
distance of 165.97 feet along said Centerline to a point;
THENCE on a curve to the right having a chord bearing and
distance North 87 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West for a
distance of 99.97 feet along said Centerline to a point;

distance of 475.54 feet to a found 1" rebar,

distance of 410.26 feet to a point in the middle of a pond;
THENCE North 87 degrees 14 minutes 24 seconds West for a
distance of 541.70 feet to a found stone at the Southwest Corner
of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
THENCE North 01 degrees 57 minutes 49 seconds East for a
distance of 1317.93 feet along the West line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with and subject to covenants, easements, and
restrictions of record.
Said property contains 35.83 acres more or less.
