Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Privacy Fencing Repair/Replace
a) Wooded replacement boards to be same size, height, material and shape as existing. New
fence to be in same location as previous.
b) Fence height will not exceed six (6) feet.
c) The fence should be set back from the front fagade of the structure at least halfway between the
front and rear walls of the main structure.
2) Rear parking area
a) Replace crumbling full width driveway/parking pad with same material.
b) Parking area will be located in the rear of the lot behind the structure with an entrance from the
abutting alley.
c) Parking area must meet code requirements.
3) Mechanical Units — Heating and Air units -
a) Existing unpermitted mini split units and supply lines will be removed from side elevations and
relocated to the rear of the building, away from street view. Siding from unit removal will be
repaired or replaced in -kind.
b) Supply/condensate lines will be located away from significant architectural features and not be
readily visible from street view. Lines can be painted to reduce visibility.
c) When multiple units are installed on the same elevation, supply/condensate lines will be
consolidated where possible.
d) Mechanical units must meet code requirements.
