Please see attached copy of the Certificate of Compliance for new signage at 610 E 6 th Street. The original COC will be
mailed to the owner’s mailing address. Please include the attached copy of the signed COC to your sign permit
application when you apply. @Smith, Bryan C., Zoning Code Enforcement Officer, cc’d here, can assist you with the sign
application process if a sign permit is needed.

Attached is a picture of the new sign and the forms you requested. The dimensions are 34.5x38.5. I installed the new
sign at the same location and used the same mounting posts the previous one used. The material is the same type as the
previous sign, a HDP cut/designed to look like a wooden sign. Please let me know if you need anything else.
