They are in violaƟon of Sec. 23-115. “CerƟficates of Appropriateness required.” for failure to make an applicaƟon for a
cerƟficate of appropriateness for the installaƟon of new signage. I imagine they are also in viola Ɵon of the sign
ordinance if they do not have a sign permit, @Smith, Bryan C.. Please share with the property owner, per Sec. 23-78
“ViolaƟons and PenalƟes”, they have a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of the order in which to abate the
alleged violaƟon or to appear before the Historic District Commission.
Please let me know when the courtesy noƟce has been served.
