Could you serve a courtesy noƟce to the below address/property owner?: SIX ONE ZERO HOLDINGS LLC 610 E 6TH ST LITTLE ROCK AR 72202-2529 They are in violaƟon of Sec. 23-115. “CerƟficates of Appropriateness required.” for failure to make an applicaƟon for a cerƟficate of appropriateness for the installaƟon of new signage. I imagine they are also in viola Ɵon of the sign ordinance if they do not have a sign permit, @Smith, Bryan C.. Please share with the property owner, per Sec. 23-78 “ViolaƟons and PenalƟes”, they have a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of the order in which to abate the alleged violaƟon or to appear before the Historic District Commission.
