LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Tract A — A part of the E%2 of Tract 14, WEST MARKHAM STREET SUBDIVISION
in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Commence at the NE corner of said Tract 14,.thence South along East line of
Tract 14, 58.0 feet to a point on the South right of way line of West Markham Street and
the point of beginning; thence continue South along said East line of Tract 14, 714.84
feet to the Northerly line of Floodway line; thence N 54°57'30" W, along said Northerly
line of Floodway, 195.49 feet to a point on the West line of said Err/2 of Tract 14; thence
North along said West line of E'/2 of Tract 14, 599.88 feet to a point on the South right of
way line of West Markham Street; thence N 89°01'40" E, along said South right of way
line, 160.08 feet to the paint of beginning, containing 2.42 acres, more or less.

Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of said
Tract 14, thence South along East line of Tract 14, 772.84 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue South along said East line of Tract 14, 517.16 feet to the SE corner of
Tract 14; thence S 89°55'21" W, along South line of Tract 14, 16j0.05 feet; thence North
along the West line of E%2 of Tract 14, 629.62 feet to a point on the Northerly Floodway
line; thence S 54`57'30" E, along said Northerly Floodway line, 195.49 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 2.11 acres, more or less.
This property IS IN the 100 year flood plain and 100 year floodway as per Panel 44 of
150 for Little Rock, Arkansas. Community -Panel #0501810044 F, dated Octoberl9,
2001 in Zone AE. The 100 year flood elevation is 383.3.
