Thank you for the update. And yes, the porch railing is currently being restored and will go back the way it was with
original balustrades.

Quick clarifying question: For 516 E 8th Street, do y’all plan on reconstructing the porch railing or is it currently being
repaired and that is why it is not pictured on the porch in your submitted photos?

This email contains the COA application for 514 E 8th Street and 516 E 8th Street. We have not yet made an example of
the spindle but hope the information provided will be sufficient to see the vision for the spindles. We did make the
newel post example and the photo is included.
I did put all the supporting documents in one PDF for ease of use but also attached the photos individually.
