Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the November 2, 2023,
Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-025 for solar panels at 1402 Commerce will be heard before
the Historic District Commission on November 2, 2023. The hearing will be held in the
Auditorium room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12 th
Street. The hearing will begin at 4:00pm.
Your application will be item one on the agenda following the review of minutes from the
previous meeting and three (3) National Register nominations. You or your agent must
be present in order for the item to be heard.
