Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brickey,
Your application HDC2023-025 for solar panels, at 1402 Commerce will be scheduled
before the Little Rock Historic District Commission on November 2, 2023 pending
payment of the filing fee. The hearing will be held in the Auditorium room at the Willie
Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12th Street. The hearing will begin at
4:00pm.
Your application will be Item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2023-025” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
The following information, and filing fee, will need to be submitted to Staff by October
19th to complete your filing. If you are not including any of the items below, please
respond with “not applicable”. Failure to provide all information and payment of filing fee
requested above in a complete manner before 5:00 pm October 19th will result in a
Staff recommendation of Deferral on this application.
Solar Service Panel: State detailed location of any exterior service units to be installed,
describe impact to the structure’s wood clad exterior.
