The new tenant of 4624 West 12th St., Magic Automotive, has goals which
include sales and service of customizing automotive vehicles specified by
individual clients. Customization will include installation of stereos and other
unique decor; modification of auto parts, both interior and exterior, which will
require disassembly and reassembly; installation of decorative parts; and
painting murals on vehicles.
We consider Magic Automotive to be an asset to this community. The efforts
they've demonstrated in meeting the surrounding businesses and people and
their desire in having an appealing establishment for the public makes it a
pleasure for us to have them as tenants.
