The dumpster shall also rest on a reinforced concrete slab with concrete -filled steel bollards at the back end to protect the fence. DB.2 It is intended that the primary building sign be wall mounted on the Wright Avenue fagade of the Centre (non -illuminated with the name of the Centre and its address). The approximate area coverage of the wall - mounted sign shall be 6 -feet x 2 -feet high. The same type fence shall occur on the opposite side (west side of the Centre) and intersect with the grade separation berm. A gate shall be provided on the west side for pedestrian visitors from the parking lot. The rear (south boundary) of the Centre shall have a remote controlled chain link gate to secure the parking lot, after hours. A simple chain link -to -post shall secure the west parking lot, after hours. DB.5 The existing alley shall be repaved to a width of 18 -feet to allow for two-way traffic.
