365 DAYS A YEAR. THE LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES INDICATED ON
THE PLANS ARE TAKEN FROM (N) RECORDS. THE EXACT LOCATION
AND ELEVATION OF ALL UTILITIES MUST BE DETERMINED BY THE
CONTRACTOR. IT SHALL BE THE DUTY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO
ASCERTAIN WHETHER ANY ADDITIONAL UTILITIES OTHER THAN THOSE
SHOWN ON THE PLAN MAY BE PRESENT.

3. PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY
THAT THE LEASE PROPERTY CORNERS ARE LOCATED AS SHOWN ON THE
DRAWINGS AND HAS NOT BEEN DISTURBED. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES ARE
FOUND NOTIFY THE CINGULAR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR RESOLUTION.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RESET ANY CORNER HE DISTURBS DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
4. ALL SITE WORK SHALL BE AS INDICATED ON THE DRAWING AND
STIPULATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS.
5• THE SITE SHALL BE GRADED TO CAUSE SURFACE WATER TO FLOW
AWAY FROM THE EQUIPMENT AND TOWER AREAS.
6. NO FILL OR EMBANKMENT MATERIAL SHALL BE PLACED ON FROZEN
GROUND. FROZEN MATERIALS SNOW OR ICE SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN
ANY FILL OR EMBANKMENT.
7. THE SUBGRADE SHALL BE COMPACTED AND BROUGHT TO A SMOOTH
UNIFORM GRADE PRIOR TO FINISH SURFACE APPLICATION.
S. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY ALL BUILDING CODES OF THE
AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY CINGULAR OF THE CONSTRUCTION START
WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE START DATE.
10. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA
AND PARKING WITH THE CINGULAR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WELL IN
ADVANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION START DATE.
11. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT (N) BUILDINGS, TREES. FENCES, AND
OTHER PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR REPAIRING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
12. CONTRACTOR IS TO FIELD VERIFY ALL (N) CONDITIONS AND PLAN
DIMENSIONS AND NOTIFY THE CINGULAR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
IMMEDIATELY OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS FROM THE
SITE ON A DAILY BASIS & DISPOSE THEM LEGALLY.
14. CONTRACTOR SHALL MINIMIZE DISTURBANCE TO THE (N) SITE DURING
CONSTRUCTION. ERROSION CONTROL MEASURES, IF REQUIRED DURING
CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH LOCAL GUIDELNES
FOR EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL. THE FOLLOWING MEASURES
SHALL BE UTILIZED AS APPROPRIATE:
a. INSTALL GEOTEXTILE FABRIC & GRAVEL IN COMPOUND AREA AS
SOON AS PRACTICAL TO ELIMINATE EROSION.
b. INSTALL SILT FENCE AROUND COMPOUND AREA WHERE GRADING
BEYOND COMPOUND EXITS & SLOPE EXCEEDS 1:10 SILT FENCE TO
BE INSTALLED AT THE BASE OF SLOPE.
15. IN THE OCCURENCE OF LOCATING (N) FIELD TILE,
CARE MUST BE TAKEN BY CONTRACTOR NOT TO
DESTROY TILE FOR DRAINAGE. FIELD TILE DESTROYED
BY CONTRACTOR MUST BE REPAIRED BY SUCH
CONTRACTOR AT CONTRACTORS EXPENSE.
