Justification: The applicant's justification is presented in an attached letter. Present Use of Property: Branch Bank (under construction) Proposed Use of Property: Branch Bank Staff Note: Staff determined that no variance was needed for the wall sign on the north side of the building, due to the fact that the property has approximately 250 feet of street frontage along Kanis Road. Staff recommends that the application be withdrawn. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (MAY 26, 2004) Staff informed the Board that it had been determined that no variance was needed for the proposed signage. Staff recommended that the application be withdrawn. The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and withdrawn by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nay and 1 absent.
