distance of 5.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 65'27'21" E along said Southerly
-of-Way line, a distance of 282.01 feet; thence S 51'25'21" E along said Southerly
Right

Right -of -Way line, a distance of 31.78 feet; thence S 20'09'00" W, a distance of 569.13
feet to the Northerly Right -of -Way line of Kanis Road (said point being 20 feet Northerly of

line, a distance of 196.43 feet; thence N 65'27'21" W along said Northerly Right -of -Way line,
a distance of 200.00 feet; thence N 19'47'39" E, a distance of 635.20 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, containing 5.673 Acres (247,108 sq. ft.) more or less.
This is to certify that this plat and the survey on which it is based were made in
accordance with "Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys,"
jointly established and adopted by ALTA, ACSM and NSPS in 1999. Pursuant to the Accuracy
Standards as adopted by ALTA, NSPS, and ACSM and in effect on the date of this
certification, undersigned further ciertifies that proper field procedures, instrumentation, and
adequate survey personnel were employed in order to achieve results comparable to those
outlined in the "Minimum Angle, Distance, and Closure Requirements for Survey Measurements
Which Control Land Boundaries for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys."
