We are currently building a home for a family with four vehicles at 5400 Stonewall Rd. The proposed site plan has two garages in order to accommodate four vehicles. We are asking for a reduced rear setback of 3 feet, which is the equivalent of a detached garage or accessory building setback. But in the case of this floor plan and the size of the house to accommodate the family, it is necessary to build just one structure. Note: Since this property is at the corner of Stonewall and N. Tyler, street parking causes blindspots and safety hazards for the motorists, pedestrians and small children that cross the intersection at Stonewall and N. Tyler. Also, the additional secure garage parking will help deter the many car break ins and thefts that commonly occur in the neighborhood. This variance is very common in the immediate area and we do not believe it will have any negative impacts on any adjoining property owners. Thank you in advance for the staffs assistance. Please do not hesitate to call me at (501) 351-6455 or email me at ddawnfuller@gmail.com with any concerns or questions. We appreciate your time in this matter. Sincerely, Je iller Jeff Fuller Homes, LLC resvari.doc APPLICATION FOR ZONING VARIANCE ZONING CASE FILE NO. Z- 01/17/19 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING DATE DOCKET FOR: . 20 AT PM.
