On the west side of the plan between the proposed pool and the property line it is noted “10’ Elec. Code Clearance”.  Please explain this notation and if it is referring to some type of easement. The notation does not refer to an easement.  It notes that there are 10 feet between the pool and the power lines, in accordance with electrical code. Are there any easements on the property. There is a 4-foot utility easement which runs across the back of the property.  I will send a clean copy of the survey to show the easement later today. To clarify, does the “Existing Outdoor Living” space along the west side of the house attached to the main (primary) house via walls or the roof structure? The "Existing Outdoor Living" attaches to the property at the roofline only. Please note the all the distances between the outside edge of the proposed new additions to the property lines on all sides. Our architect is working on this, and we'll send it as soon as we have it.
