As you are aware we submitted and had approved a set of construction plans on this for a four lot development of which much of the clearing and grading have been accomplished. This submittal creates an additional lot on the east side of the development to accommodate a specific user that would be a similar business to that of Christian Brothers Automotive that was recently built on Chenal Parkway. This revision allows for a reduction on the parking area to create more landscaping and gives us the ability to connect with the neighboring adjacent development to the east. This connection will allow for vehicular circulation to access the traffic light at the intersection of Taylor Loop and Cantrell Road (Highway 10).
