Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the found 5/8 inch rebar at the Northwest
Corner of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter, Section 19; thence along the North line of the said
Northeast Quarter South 87 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds
East for 253.88 feet to a found 1/2 inch pipe being the
