The posts will be approximately 8 - 10 inches higher. The fence will be painted to match or contrast with the house. The fence will be parallel with 8th Street on the west side of the house with a gate across the drive and the fence will be approximately 1/2 distance back from the front of the porch. On the rear east side of the house, the fence will be perpendicular to 8th Street replacing the chain link fence, which has an approximately two feet return to the corner of the house. The previous COA was to replace the windows on the rear utility room and 1/2 bath with casement windows and repair the windows on the front. We also removed the three casement windows on the rear east side of the second floor. The front windows have not been replaced.
