374.17 feet to a point on the South right of way line of Asher Avenue; thence N
61 °37'44" E, along said South right of way line of Asher Avenue, 173.0 feet; thence S
06013' E, 165.7 feet; thence N 79'22'17" E, 48.0 feet; thence S 06°13' E, 304.23 feet to a
point on the North right of way line of Roosevelt Road; thence N 89°3 P W, along said
North right of way line of Roosevelt Road, 241.4 feet to the point of beginning.
