1. ALL PROCEDUES, MATERIAL, AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CRY OF LTT-E ROCK

STANDARD FOR EXCAVATION AND TRENCHES SAFETY SYSTEM, 29 CFR 1926, SUBPART P, WHICH IS HEREB( INCORPORATED INTO THE
SPECIFICATIONS OF THIS PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SIGN A CERTIFICATION STATING THAT TRENCH SAFETY STANDARDS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ABOVE REFERENCED LAW HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBSERVE ALL REQUIREMENTS & STANDARDS OF THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT )F HEALTH, THE ARKANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
5. ANY DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING AREAS, YARDS, FENCES, OR SIGNS ARE TO BE RESTORED TO A CONDITDN SATISFACTORY TO THE
OWNER.
6. THE LOCATIONS OF UTILITIES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. ADDITIONAL UTILITIES MAY EXIST. THE CONTRAQOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
LOCATION AND/OR DAMAGE TO UTILITIES.
