I found the landscape plan. The following comments will need to be addressed before releasing for permit. Cornerstone has been revised to reflect the below comments. 1. This property has been placed on the December 8, 2014 Board of Adjustment Agenda (Z -7514-B) for variances to allow outside storage without opaque screening and to allow gravel vehicular use areas in lieu of pavement. No permit will be issued until (unless) the variances are approved. 2. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements. 3. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. 4. Note the type turf or ground cover in street buffer and perimeters if applicable. 5. A street buffer shall be provided at six (6) percent of the average depth of the lot. The average depth of the lot is approximately two hundred and eighty (280) feet. A seventeen (17) foot street buffer is required at Otter Creek East Blvd. 6. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape plan and one (1) survey to the Plans Development Administrator. 7. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger. D.
