1. ALL PROCEDUES, MATERIAL, AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL CONFORM TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CITY OF LITF-E ROCK
2. ALL EXCAVATION IS UNCLASSIFIED. CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE WHATEVER ACTION NECESSARY TO SATISFY HIMSELF AS TO THE ACTUAL
SUBSURFACE SOIL CONDITIONS. NO SEPARATE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ROCK EXCAVATION BUT SHALL BE CONSIDERED SUBSIDIARY
TO THE OVERALL PROJECT.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ABIDE BY THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA)
STANDARD FOR EXCAVATION AND TRENCHES SAFETY SYSTEM, 29 CFR 1926, SUBPART P, WHICH IS HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO THE
SPECIFICATIONS OF THIS PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SIGN A CERTIFICATION STATING THAT TRENCH SAFETY STANDARDS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ABOVE REFERENCED LAW HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBSERVE ALL REQUIREMENTS & STANDARDS OF THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, THE ARKANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
5. ANY DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING AREAS. YARDS. FENCES. OR SIGNS ARE TO BE RESTORED TO A CONDITION SATISFACTORY TO THE
OWNER.
6. THE LOCATIONS OF UTILITIES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. ADDITIONAL UTILITIES MAY EXIST. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
LOCATION AND/OR DAMAGE TO UTILITIES.
7. THE OWNER MAY INSTALL A BUILDING AND AREA LIGHTING AT A LATER DATE. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, THE OWNER SHALL OBTAIN ALL
REQUIRED PERMITTING APPROVALS.
8. THE OWNER MAY USE WOODEN UTILITY POLES AS FENCE POSTS FOR PRIVACY AND CHAIN LINK/WELDED WIRE FENCING. THE OWNER
