PROPOSAL: A conditional use permit is requested to allow for
construction of a health club with outdoor facilities on
this vacant, C-1 zoned, 3t acre tract.
STAFF REPORT:
The applicant contacted staff prior to the Subdivision Committee meeting and
asked that this item be withdrawn.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the item be withdrawn, without prejudice.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(SEPTEMBER 18, 2003)
The applicant was not present. There were no objectors present. Staff informed
the Commission of the applicant's desire to withdraw the item, without prejudice.
There was no further discussion.
The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and approved for withdrawal. The
vote was 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
