Good evening Mrs. Stafford,
Please remove the application and docket entry for 15 Java Court as a STR/Airbnb. After posting the sign and be blasted by our neighbor, we have started receiving quite a bit of hateful
messages/verbal threats that have us uneasy. As well, once notified that our first docket meeting is not until 11/9, the HOA has decided to call an emergency meeting immediately to
present a rule that no longer allows airbnbs specifically in the neighborhood, and we no longer have interest in battling that. We are now choosing to sell the property.
I appreciate all of your assistance throughout the process.
