Dear Mr. Moore:
Thank you for speaking with me about the PZD Application
for my client, Infinity Homes, LLC. I am enclosing an Affidavit from
the owner and manager of my client, Infinity Homes, LLC,
authorizing me to act as the company's agent for this process. I am
also enclosing a check made payable to the City of Little Rock in the
amount of $200.00, which I believe to be the necessary application fee.
If the application fee differs, please let me know, and I will provide any
additional payment.
My client owns the home located at 321 N. Pierce Street in
Little Rock. It is submitting this Application in hopes of the property
being approved under the recently adopted STR-2 zoning designation
for non -owner occupied short-term rentals.
Based upon our conversation, I am enclosing a survey of the
property, which I believe can serve as the site plan needed by your
office. The survey was performed by Brooks Surveying, Inc. on July
20, 2023. The single structure home located on the property has been
in place for quite some time, and my client does not plan to make any
structure changes to the home.
In searching the property records related to this property,
located at Lots 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block 2 in the Oak Grove Addition
Subdivision in the City of Little Rock back to 1930, a Bill of
Assurance for this property was not located.
