RE: Infinity Homes STR-2 – PD-C (Z-9838) 321 North Pierce Street Development Comments: 1. Will the entire resident be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms? RESPONSE: This STR will include rental of the entire structure. 2. Provide parking plan for the proposed use of the residence. RESPONSE: There is a 30 foot by 8 foot gravel driveway along the northern boundary of the lot that provides sufficient parking for the premises. Further, there is ample parking space on N. Pierce in front of the property. 3. Provide the Bill of Assurance, if one exists. RESPONSE: Following diligent search and inquiry with a title company, no Bill of Assurance could be located applicable to the subject property.
