Details: 407 N Van Buren has been a Tri-plex apartment complex for several decades. My
husband and I have owned and managed the building for over 8 years through our LLC, C.A.M.
AR LLC.
No changes to the building or exterior structure are being proposed for the STIR request.
Within the block of 407 N Van Buren my neighbors are: Other multi family buildings, a
commercial business across the street. Within a 2-3 block radius there is a restaurant, Hillcrest
Little Bakery, a surgery center, Dental office, a church, and several other restaurants and banks.
Parking: I have several driveways. On the Southeast side of the building (C street and Van
Buren) there is a 4 car parking pad and a 2 car garage thus able to comfortably park 6 large
vehicles. On the Northeast side of the building there is also a generous 4 car parking pad with 2
spots being covered thus able to park 6 cars as well.
