Correct. With that being said if you do not live within 1500 feet of your STR, you will be required to rezone. Your application is already on the September Planning Commission agenda.
At this point, there is nothing you need to do.
If anything changes, I will contact you immediately.

I am deferred for rezoning of short term rentals. In the new decision made this week, is it clear we have to rezone?
