HI Romie,
I have two units currently as airbnbs and the rest are long term furnished.
1. 407 N Van Buren unit B Little Rock, AR 72205 This guest has been there coming up on a year and doesn’t plan to move until the Fall but I am going ahead and applying for ST since I
will change it out.
2. 710 Beechwood Apt 2 Little Rock, AR 72205 This is my short term rental there. The other furnished units are long term (one is monthly an the other is on a 3 month lease)
Please let me know you got this as it is due today and nothing else is needed.
