Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owner of this project would like to obtain ashort-term rental permit. This property contains
approximately 0.05 acres and is located near the northwest corner of West 6tn Street and South Oak
Street.
The landowner is Forward Properties LLC with an address of 11801 Fairway Drive, Little Rock,
Arkansas 72212, and the Source of Title is Instrument Numbers 2022-002887. The Bill of Assurance is
recorded as Instrument Number 2022-015541. The source of water is from Central Arkansas Water
with the wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
