WATER & SEWER LINE INFORMATION SHOWN ON. SURVEY IS PER UTILITY MAPS PROVIDED BY THE PAGIS WEBSITE, DATED 12/18/12. THE LOCATION OF WATER LINE IS APPROXIMATE, 11. THE SIZE AND TYPE OF THE GAS LINE SHOWN ON SURVEY IS PER UTILITY MAPS PROVIDED BY JEFF HERBERT,CENTERPOINT ENERGY. NOTE: AT TIME OF SURVEY, GAS LINE WAS NOT LOCATED BY ONE -CALL.
