1. All materials and construction to be in accordance with the
City of Little Rock Department of Public Works.
2. Silt fence to be erected around work area prior to commencing.
3. All disturbed areas to be seeded and covered
with straw mulch within two weeks of being disturbed.
4. Clearing permit shall be obtained from Public Works prior to clearing.
5. Excavation permit shall be obtained from Public Works prior to excavating.
6. Lighted 4' high x 6' wide sign at entrance.
7. No dumpster. All waste will be stored inside and picked up by private collection service.
8. An Irrigation system will be installed.
