Application is hereby made to the Little Rock Board of Adjustment pursuant to Act 186 of 1957, Acts of
Arkansas, as amended, and Chapter 36 of the Little Rock, Ark. Rev. Code (1988), as amended, requesting a

variances as follows are requested:
(1) The d.2 provisions of Section 36-254 of the Little Rock Code
of Ordinances to permit:
Variance to allow new covered deck to encroach an side yard setback
(2) The a.2.0 provisions of Section 36-156 of the Little Rock Code
of Ordinances to permit:
Variance to allow accessory building to exceed 30% of rear yard setback

The existing deck is being expanded and updated to provide covering.

A new detached garage is being provide due lack of covered parking on property.
It is hereby agreed that the required filing fee will be paid immediately after filing and acceptance of this
application, and that the notice to property owners as well as the posting of the sign furnished, will be
