Zone Variance Request
To whom this may concern, I Faustino Santana am seeking approval for zone variance
at 6618 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, AR, 72209. The building i am requesting the permit for is
being built with the intent to be used as a personal workshop, personal storage and garage. I
build, paint and prep cabinets, doors, etc and require the space to do such projects. I also
intend to use this space to store my tools, wood products, seasonal items (such as home decor)
& other personal items. I also own an atv and two ride-on lawn mowers and intend to use this
building to store them.
When the building was built, the pitch of the roof was taller than initially planned, which
left me with the idea to add a second floor. I did not anticipate this would later become an issue.
In conclusion, i am requesting the zone variance approval as i have invested many hours
of labor and funds into the building structure and reducing the size of it would be not only very
difficult but a significant financial loss due to the inflation of building materials at the time of
