We would appreciate your consideration for allowing us to be over our allowed
square footage and overall height for our new sign.
Currently, we have a very out-dated and unattractive monument sign for our prop-
erty. We are changing the name of our up-scale apartment community and feel that
the sign we are proposing will be more in keeping with the area with regards to its
style and appearance.
The proposed sign will well out of the site-line as to not affect traffic in either direc-
tion nor entering or leaving the property.
We are, therefore, requesting approval to be allowed to be taller with a more stream-
lined appearance and slightly over the allowed square footage.
The new sign will be in keeping with the up-scale area as well as be asthetically
pleasing. It will also be in keeping with our new branding to stay consistant.
Again, we appreciate your consideration on this matter.
